Did you even bother to read the log? It tells you whats missing dependency wise

It is ffmpeg 6.0. You should downgrade ffmpeg requirement similar to what I do gor debian-backports: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team...eg43.patch
However, I'd advise you to upgrade your system to bookworm at least or preferred to trixie. This way you will get 21 as soon as it gets released.
