In new versions of Kodi, after version 19.5, the settings of the emulators were cut. How they cut it, like this. They removed the stretched mode and video filters settings. They are empty - the windows where the settings used to be are now empty. Dear developers, please return these settings.

You have to use the old version - Kodi 19.5. Everything is fine there.
