I have Kodi installed on my Sony Android TV and trying to get subtitles sorted.

So far, I have got OpenSubtitles.com working fine, but thought I would also have a4kSubtitles to give me more options.

I have installed it and gone to its settings. It only has an option for adding username/password for OpenSubtitles and I've put that in.

However, if I try to "Download Subtitle" for a movie and click a4kSubtitles then it flashes up a screen/message, which is too quick to see what it says, and then "No subtitles available"

Trying OpenSubtitles.com almost always finds some and this is confusing as a4kSubtitles should have found the same ones, I would have thought.

So, I am pretty sure something is not right with myinstallation of a4kSubtitles - is there any guidance for what you need to do to set it up and/or do you need to add login credentials for all the services it is using?
