All are welcome to open a PR with any changes on github. The process can sometimes seem daunting with bots and auto lint checks being made, but it gives you the patches it "expects" to meet the coding guidelines (for the most part). Just apply them and then someone will, hopefully, review for any actual technical changes they deem necessary.
