XBMC linux/live/windows and LCD displays?
#1
does any of the windows/linux/live versions of xbmc support lcd displays? just so that there is no confusion, i meant small LCD displays (3 or 4 rows) that you can put into a PC case or the ones that are already built in.

if yes, how can i make that happen?

i just layed my eyes on a OrigenAE HTPC Aluminium S16V - silver with LCD display. anybody tried that one yet?

For linux, install LCDproc and turn it on in the XBMC system settings.

sweet idea, i haven't even though of crystalfontz.

anybody got an idea how to make ANY of those crystalfonts 4 row displays run under xbmc linux/windows/live? i wouldn't care about what port to use. the mainboard connector would be my favorite, but i could live with serial or USB as well.
