Hi ..

I have lost the password which I enabled onto the main profile a while ago to prevent the kids accessing shares they shouldn't.

I have now lost/forgotten this numerical password.

I have tried removing and reinstalling via synaptic but the profile is still locked.

obviously the re-installation did not remove some files and the new installation is still using them.

Please help.
