Scraper Cache

I think it would be nice to have XBMC automatically create a cache of scraper data. (local .nfo files, fanart, etc) This would be an option in XBMC settings and the user can choose what/what not to cache.

This option would help a few items:

1) Shared locations (smb, ftp, etc) wouldn't have to re-scrap the data

2) If one of the scrappers is offline or removed the user still has the data

3) XBMC users wouldn't have to use a 3rd party tool to gather the data

Note: I know there is an option to export this manually but, it would be nice if XBMC would do it automatically, if selected.

Thanks again for all your guys hard work! Smile

Sounds like a reasonable idea. Please post a feature request on trac so that we remember about it.

Cheers,
