No, I used the folder that belongs to the current windows user. (Administrator).
"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\XBMC\UserData"
Everything is there already. But placing the file "advancedsetting.xml" in "UserData" doesn't have any effect to the OSK navigation. Noting happens. Are you sure you don't have any other configuration keyword set, in another file / folder or so?
