In Catalyst 9.1 ATI had fucked the amdpcsdb-file, and it was no longer possible to run the command
aticonfig --set-pcs-val=MCIL,DigitalHDTVDefaultUnderscan,0
to get rid of the underscan. After a reboot it was only black screen.
Have someone tried the Catalyst 9.2 and knows if they have fixed this thing?
