sftp to XBMC folder on Apple TV problems
#1
Hi, I have a Windows PC and I'm trying to SFTP over the Navi-X script to XBMC on my AppleTV but when I try, I get "permission denied" and it wont transfer.

I am able to SFTP files to the Boxee directory but not the XBMC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sorry, I tried searching before and I couldn't find anything on it.

The only thing I don't get from that link you just sent me is how to do "sudo" if i'm on a Windows PC. Can you please explain it to me. Thanks

The FAQ is pretty clear how to use sudo but let me re-quote it;

Quote:You place "sudo" in front of the command you are doing. For example, "sudo mv myfile /System". Sudo will ask for the user password.

What you really want to ask is what is a good windows ssh client. You need an windows ssh client. google "windows ssh client", that should point you in the right direction for a windows ssh client. I don't run windows so don't have a clue what to recommend.
