[FEATURE REQUEST - ACCEPTED] Close OSD menu on idle

was just wondering if you could put this thing on a timer, so it goes away after 30-45 seconds or so without touching anything.(makes it more profesional.

Isn't 30-45 seconds a bit too long? Quicktime's OSD disappears after 1,5 seconds. Maybe 10 would be better suited?

Around 5 seconds sounds about right to me. Anyway, you could always turn it off if it was too troublesome.
