Crash when trying to add a plugin

Hello,

I'm just trying to install the Launcher plugin on XBMC. Everytime I want to browse to add a plugin, if I select the "Program Plugin" option, XBMC closes immediatly. I'm running 8.10 Atlantis on Vista x86 SP1. Please help !

That is uploading the %appdata%\xbmc\xbmc.log file at pastebin.com

An a quick question, how do you go to add a plugin? simply extract the launcher.zip in c:\program files\XBMC\plugins\programs (in this case) and then go into "Program Plugin" and see it in there...
