I'm constantly getting this error

That wasn't the case even day before yesterday. Has any one noticed that? Is there any thing wrong or am I mising something?

Sorry guys for the noise; it was my silly mistake. Multiverse wasn't enabled and I overlooked it. Fixed now!!!
