[LINUX] XBMCbuntu strange USB issue?

Hello, I was having some video (MKV) issue so I just reinatalled everything from scratch.....

my issue is now XBMC will not see any usb drives that I plug in. previously they would show in the "Videos", "Photos" etc. I would also get a prompt that the drive is available....

now nothing happens in XBMC when I plug them in. They do show up when I run an fdsk -l from the terminal.

Are they not mounting? is there something I need to install?

PLEASE HELP!!Huh
