IGORUSB and Standby/Resume
#1
Hi,

is anyone using a Igor-USB-like IR receiver?
I setup my configuration using a 10€ USB dongle solution from here http://www.blue-backlight.de/cgi-bin/esh...rtnr=20476 (German, sorry).

Everything works fine, I can use XBMC with my remote.

But as soon as I suspend/resume, suddenly the lirc device changes from /dev/lirc0 to /dev/lirc1, so that I need to reconfigure lirc and restart lirc and XBMC.

Even more, sometime the resume process is stuck while loading the LIRC modules. I have to restart the whole system.

Any advice is highly appreciated!
Markus

PS: I am using it on a rev 1 version of the Zotac ION ITX A board. So it has +5V on USB while in standby.

Im using the same receiver (even the same shop, im german, too).

For me, i can boot my machine and control everything. Works great.

But as soon as i try to suspend, the whole machine kind of freezes. I can still ping it, but neither can i log in through ssh, nor do anything else useful. I have to completely reboot the system.
