This should be a simple answer, but I can't find it in any of the FAQs or anything: How do I change among, say, list, wall and showcase? I can't find the option anywhere! Thanks!

I am using ShowMix and can't seem to change the view either.
I can change to wall view and the other view but can't seem to get anything else.
I can't see TV SHOWS and MOVIES either on the home page and have enabled this in the settings page.

Then I´d suggest to try a mod first as Original Aeon was never really finished.

In the media menu (pressing up/left will get you there in most views)
