For me (Win7) they both do the same thing but seeing as some people are having problems launching Programs from Alaska I thought I'd ask.

We're currently using XBMC.ActivateWindow(MyPrograms).

nothing XBMC. is the old way and was not needed for ages they both call the same stuff as was MyPrograms just try Programs
