So I am new to all this and have struggled thus far and would like confirmation -
.
I got a start-stop script working via irexec, lircrc, etc hooked to 'MyVideos'.
Ok fine - PITA - for me to wade thru and figure out so in the Harmony Program
.. I did this for my Watch xbmc Activity >>>>
Activities>Review>More Control>Next>Next>Add Action>Start & Stop
Send Command 'MyVideos' .... script runs and starts xbmc & stops it
So ...
Seems to work at first go ... future plan would be to switch to mythTV
.
Anybody see this as problematic?
