Hi,

Just want to say what a great piece of software xbmc is. I had been using media portal for the past year, but now I have swiched over to xbmc I don't think I'll ever swich back.

Anyway, on to my small bug report... when using 'Sync playback to display - video clock (resample audio)', the video judders when playing back (23.976 video sped up to 25fps). The strange thing is, when I press 'o' to bring up the technical data, the juddering stops. The juddering also happens when I play a 25fps video.

Playback was fine in alpha 1.

A couple of things you could try:

1. Disable the "Use a fullscreen window rather than true fullscreen".
2. Disable the <sleepbeforeflip> via advancedsettings.xml.

Cheers for your fast reply. I added the <sleepbeforeflip> to my advancedsettings.xml and that did the trick!

Thanks - an indication of what hardware (GPU) you're using would be great.

Also, what settings you are using (eg whether you are using fullscreen window or true fullscreen).

I'm using an ATI HD3400 Series GPU.

For the settings, I have the following set:

Appearance:
720p50 (Full screen)
Display Blanking Disabled
Vertical blank sync Always Enabled

Video -> Player:

Render method Auto detect
Adjust refresh rate on
Sync playback to display on
