Missing Drive
#1
I installed XBMC live on my old media center PC that used to run Win XP and Mediaportal. I have a 80GB SATA drive as boot and a 1TB SATA drive with all my media. XBMC mounts fine on the 80GB but I am not seeing the 1TB at all in the terminal. I run sudo fdisk -lu and only the 80GB showsHuh

Update. I plugged my USB drive in and XBMC sees it, it is a 750GB Seagate. I know the internal works, it worked right up until I reloaded.

We don't mount internal ones (except the one you installed to) by default.

Here is how to fix this akward, but unfortuanatly needed, default.

Cheers,
Tobias

I figured it out. After editing the menu.lst it still would not show. It turned out that the drive was jumpered to be slave and XBMC would not recognize it. Once I set it to master it popped right up.
