Does XBMC have auto downloading of shows built into it, or using a plugin like PLexx has?

It's not called Xbox Media Center. It's called XBMC. The Xbox part is no longer especially accurate.

Also, XBMC does not have the ability to download shows. There are plugins to stream shows from various sources, and I guess there're a few torrent management plugins, but nothing within XBMC. Nor are there plans for any such integration.
