if i was to buy some cdg karaoke discs and xbox music mixer with free microphone would i be able to use this within xbmc.

i noticed support for cdg's when i updated to the oct 1st version of xbmc and just wondered whether anyone had used this and if so to what level of success.

if it does work
where would i copy the cdg's to ?
i didn't notice a cdg folder anywhere

1. there is no mic support as of yet. the dev who coded karaoke support is woking on it and asking for equipment to test it.

2. you put the cdg files wherever you put your music files, select the karaoke viz in the settings screen, start the cdg file like any other music file and hit x to switch to the visualisation.
