Mov files

I can play mov files in xbmc but it doesn't show the subtitles, which I can see in QuickTime / VLC etc..

What I'm missing?

Can someone pls help?

Someone might be able to help if you start by posting a debug log (use a pastebin site)
xbmc.log: /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/xbmc.log
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.

As pointed out by sircube, you should have all the information in my signature... Check the "read this first" link.

Start XBMC, show the problem (play the movie with no subtitles) and exit.
Then get the debug log (/Users/<username>/Library/Logs/xbmc.log)
Use a site like http://www.pastebin.com to paste the full log.

Check first that "Enable subtitles" is selected.
While playing the video, make the controls appear (top bar in confluence) and click on audio settings (audio icon). You'll see there if any subtitle is selected.
