hi,

tried to install the blackblue classic, should work since it's compliant with the 1.1.0 release. the moment i select this skin xbmc freezes and stops responding.

i managed to get the logfile once, it complains about a missing file:

q:\skin\bb\pal16x9\filemanager.xml

this file just is not in the download.

any suggestions?

are you 100% sure you're using the 1.1.0 release and nothing newer?
reason i ask is since there was a new filemanager added 1-2 days after this release

and it goes without saying that a skin made for 1.1.0 and not updated since will quickly become outdated

i checked the build and found following:

xbmc build 1.1.0 cvs build 10/23/2004

the skin file i downloaded is bb_2004_10_16.

i should be ok?

just to make sure, copied the scripts to the root of the script dir, skin to the skin directory in seperate dir called bb.

the filemanager was added on the 20th, so no, you are not okay.
