I prefer upnp as a source coz faster than smb. I used dlna certified NAS, each movie folder had .jpg file sharing the same name with the video(movie.mkv,movie.jpg).
XBMC will come up with the list of my video files but showing wrong file size(all 4.1GB) and no file extensions. If I click one it says "playback failed".

I am using the image file for my DMA thumbnail (WDTV LIVE). Please help...

We need debug log.. and thumbnails only work if the upnp server understands that those files are thumbnails for the file with same name.
