'Jump to' a certain spot on the file ? or Step Fast Forward ?
#1
Hi everyone

xbmc for windows (running on XP currently but upgrading to Windows 7 this week).

Let's say you want to get to the 1 hour 45 min mark in a 2 hour movie

IS there an easy way of doing this ?

Either jump to that spot exactly ? Or step fast forwarding in say 10 minute increments ?

Cheers

Use the number pad.

The right arrow key on your remote or keyboard will move you ahead in small increments, the up arrow will move you ahead in larger increments. I'm not sure exactly how much. 1 or 5 for the right arrow and maybe 10 minutes for the up arrow.

I believe you can jump to a specific point in the video by just typing the numbers on the keypad.

I hope this helps.

To jump to e.g. 1 hour and 45 minutes just type 0145 on the numeric keypad. As you type you'll see the time displayed at the top left of the screen.
