I had transformers the movie in an mkv file and updated the library. I recently made an iso file of the movie and deleted the mkv file but everytime I update the xbmc library, the mkv transformer keeps showing up on xbmc during update and I have to remove it everytime I update. It's a bit annoying so is there a way to fix this? I tried cleaning up the library under setttings but that didnt do anything

So, you've cleaned it to remove it, but it keeps coming back? If the file is not on your filesystem, then it shouldn't get added to the library. Post a debug log showing this behaviour.
