I could not find anything mentioned in change logs, but was some new subtitle support added recently?
A few weeks ago I ripped all of my blurays with embedded subs. They would not work. I ended up downloading the Open Subtitle script which worked like a champ and I could have my subs.
Today I updated XBMC using XBMCUpdate (previously Camelot from day it was officially released) and it looks like it is now correctly displaying subtitles from movies which I have yet to download the subs for through the script, so I can only assume xbmc was updated with support for native bluray rip subs?
Anyways, a couple of issues:
1) Long delay with text staying on screen. After someone says something, the text will stay on the screen until someone says something else, which is annoying for transitions or extended pauses.
2) Subtitles flicker every now and then. Not a show stopper, but definately annoying and definately noticable. My wife is deaf and it is a major distraction for her.
Anyways, all help is appreciated!
