I Scanned my music folder into my Music library now i cant locate any of my music on my computer. I can still play it through xbmc.

Where does xbmc move your music when it adds it to the library?
(I tried using Windirstat to find it, but no luck)

XBMC does not ever move any of your media.
-go to your sources list
-highlight the folder you scanned
-use the context menu to "edit source"
-the label should show the path xbmc is reading the music from

Btw, this has nothing to do with skins.
