When i build the version for mac the plugins dont work by the xbmc.app, but if i debug de project the plugins work fine, canyou help me please

when i debug the project i view the plugins, but when i open ttehj xbmc.app, i cant view the plugins, if i build the roject for windows the plugins work correctly, but in mac the plugins dont show

Sounds like XBMC_HOME isn't set appropriately?
