You can use firefox through xbmc

But using firefox doesn't have the look and feel of XBMC. Maybe it's possible to skin firefox and give it the XBMC look?

Yes you can. You can have xbmc live with firefox without gnome on linux

I use Kylo/.

Looks and works great on a TV!
