Is it possible to have the RSS ticker that is on the home xbmc page playing while a video is playing full screen? I want to add my own RSS feeds so that they play the headlines on top of podcasts.

Basically, the podcast would be playing full screen, and then we'd have the RSS ticker scrolling along at the bottom displaying the news, kind of like CNN or any other news channel does.

I've searched but haven't found anything that does quite what I want.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I could do this?
