I'm trying to set something up where by I can let XBMC suspend after x minutes of inactivity but only if there are no ongoing downloads in SABNZBd or Transmission, or to only auto-suspend during certain times (i'll be waking the machine up during the night to auto download).

Anyone have any suggestion on how I could achieve something like this?
