I've added my TV Shows like so - Alias > Season 1 > Alias.s01.e01.mkv
I initially added about 10 episodes and xbmc found them all fine. Now when I add more to the same folder the scan doesn't find them, any ideas how I can make it pick them up?

Also, when I do a scan xbmc always finds a movie called 'Mutation', never heard of it! Clicking the movie doesn't play anything so i'm guessing it's not assigned to a video file. I can remove it from the library but another scan just finds it again. How do I stop this?

look at where it originates, and fix the issue (the info dialog will hold the path).

cannot help you on the first problem without a debug log, something you should be well aware of with 26 posts.
