Humour me.

Before you go any further, have someone download one of your iso files. If it takes longer to download than it would to watch the movie, then stop immediately, and look into re-encoding the vob files to a lower bitrate.

If it works, then have two people download at the same time, and see how fast your upload connection, hard drive and controller really are.
