I understand how to edit the XML files. Also i understand how to use photoshop, illustrator and fireworks.

I'm talking about the Textures.xbt how can i extract the pictures. As i understand are there some open source skins who can be used as template.

If it can't is there a sample where i can work from?

there's not really a need to extract the textures.xbt. for instance, all confluence textures sits in our svn, and all the textures for the other skins sits in the git.

you can also use "XPR Express" from team blackbolt. Thats what ive been using...although you windows users might have to change the file extension from "xbt" to "xpr" before extracting
