I am running XBMC on a low power Athlon. I was wondering if the upscalers were accelerated in Dharma as well as they are unusable at present for me.

yes, they are now gpu shaders.

Note that "they are now gpu shaders" may actually mean deceleration instead of acceleration, if your GPU is not particularly beefy...
