This is my latest skin that works on the latest xbmc, Although this still needs some work done to it.

Included Toggle in Settings (On/Off) Of: Scripts on Home Page
Favourites on Home Page

Music Side bar fixed.
Small modification to main menu.
Start-up Sound Added.
