Hi Guys,
I am a complete newbie for XBMC
I have recently bought a Dell Studio 1749, specs below.
Installed: xbmc-r33778-Dharma_beta2.exe (I have tried also the Camelot version, same problem)
The issue that I am having is that when I connect my TV (Philips 47PFL/8404) with HDMI and set my laptop to output projector the screen gets a green overlay. This happens randomly in time, sometimes the screen is perfect for 1 hour, the it will happen after 10 min.
It can be restored by switching displays (back to Monitor to Projector output again) and everything is fine again.
I have installed the latest drivers for my graphic card.
Any ideas what steps to take to solve the problem?
Duplicate monitor does not work because the TV has a higher resolution than my laptop screen. In a windowed XBMC I still see the 'windowbars'
SPECS:
Processor: Intel i5-450M(2.4GHz) Mobile CPU
Display: 17.3in High Definition+ (1600X900) LED with TrueLife
Memory : 4096MB (2x2048) 1067MHz DDR3 Dual Channel
Hard Drive : 1TB (2x500GB) Serial ATA (7200RPM) Dual HDD
Optical Drive : 8X DVD+/-RW Drive including Roxio Burn software
Graphics : 1 GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
Wireless : Dell Wireless 1520 (802.11n) Half Mini Card
Operating System : English Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64 BIT)
Tnx, for your help
