Can you make it so that while playing a file that it will only go forward and reverse while using the scroll on the mouse when it is on the time line?

I believe the stance of the XBMC Team is that a mouse doesn't belong in XBMC ... XBMC is designed for HTPC primarily and those are the domain of remotes and maybe keyboards, but definitely not mice. I think this has been asked before and shot down.

It hasn't been shot down its been put on the low priority pile and high on the "Patch welcome" pile if someone else wants to do all the work too add it
