I am just wondering what the folder structure should look like if it was 100% complete for music.

This is mine:
Music -> Artists <fanart.jpg> -> Albums <folder.jpg>

What am I missing, and where can i find it?

in the artist folder you can also include "folder.jpg" for an image of your artist.
in the album folder you can also include "cdart.png" for an image of the CD (used in some skins)

Where can you find them?

artist images = google.
cdart = there is an program addon called "cdart manager" which you can use to download cdart.

I hear that nfo files can be used but as far as i know, not one person on the forums uses them for music. simply because theres no explanation of layout for them and no supplemental tools to support them.
