I have Xbmc live 9.11 installed and I tryed to edit nfo file and add <set>collection name</set> to get movie set running. But it isn't working. So my question is, if this function is working only under dharma ?

you should upgrade to Dharma works work all versions of Dharma.
also if your movie is already imported into your library and you make a change you need to refresh that or those movies in order for the set tag to take effect.

Yes, I found a answer how to upgrade to dharma, but it was biggest error which I did, because under dharma isn't working reading movie info from local files - only via network, so my movie sets in my local nfo files are for nothing.
Hope it's big bug....
I will wait for next release.
