XBMC seems to crash and give me a black screen randomly. This occurs all between 5 secs. to 5 min. after I run XBMC. If I get as far as starting a movie or series, the whole thing will run without any problems.

Setup:

Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600).

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 (standard 2,66Ghz).

4GB ram.

ATI Radeon 4350 512MB, Catalys 10.11 driver.

Using HDMI-out sound from ATI-card.

46" FullHD Samsung A656 LCD-tv

XBMC Dharma RC1

Detailed Instructions to Reproduce the Problem (The more specific the better.): Start XBMC and the program will crash randomly as fast as 5sec. after starting or several minutes after. Only way to return to desktop is to end process in task manager. Sometimes the program will displayed as normal in task manager, other times as "not responding".

After I installed the newest stable release ver. 10, I still have the same problem. I have tried a different graphics card and pulling out ram and such, but nothing helps.

Anyone else having problems like this, or have any tips to what it might be?

Can you try with the default confluence skin.

Just tried that now. After I had changed it I entered "movies" and just scrolled through the movies I have and around 10sec. after it just stopped and went to a black screen.
