Ok so i am a total noob , but i really cant get the audio working at all.
I had a preavius version of xbmc but cant remeber what version , but it worked pretty mouch out of the box.
Now i took the step to Dharma rc1 and the sound is gone , ive read some posts about this problem and have tested alot of things but still no sound.
If anyone knows a version that works out of the box please tell me.
And also if someone could do a simple step by step guide to fix this problem in dharma i would be happy.
As i said im a noob , and linux is like a ufo to me.
I got the sound up and running in win7 , so i know that the other stuff is connected ok.
And one more thing to challenge u guys with , ive tried to do my own rip of a bd movie with make mkv and ended up with a mkv about 27gb big , put on my usb hdd and fired it up . The problem was that xbmc had to buffer all the time , so to me it was unwatchable. Is it anything i could do or is the file to big to handle over usb ?
