[RPD Hockey]

Has anyone been able to bitstream with the 5450 in XBMC using Linux? I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 and can't get Dolby, DTS, Etc...or even LPCM to work. I'm using the latest 10.12 drivers. I am pleased with the video, but just can't get bitstreaming to work. Works fine in Windows XP, but I want Hardware Acceleration. Any Suggestions, besides going with Windows 7?

Windows 7 (and maybe just with the DS Player build) is the only option for AMD HD Audio bitstreaming currently. Even Nvidia Linux bitstreaming support barely exists...
