Hi. I want to create addon, that will send watching statistics to myshows.ru (Service that allows to track information about watched episodes)
To do this I need to get information about watched status and filename of currently viewed item after it changed. Is it possible at all? Maybe some events are fired or hooks are called?
Of course I can create script that will start with XBMC and send all this information about all changed episodes, but this information will not be live.

The other idea - is to create online service, where XBMC users may share information about items they watched and ratings from XBMC database (and sync ratings back) and get some suggestions for similar item (maybe featured trailers also)
