When resuming from standby, will XBMC be autostarted or must you manually enter it from the menu?

No current way of having ATV2 boot directly into XBMC, so you'll need to start XBMC from the menu after every boot (whether you've a tethered or untethered set up). As for resuming you ATV2 from sleep, I believe you'll only need to restart XBMC if you quit out of XBMC in the first place.
Right now, my ATV2 is set not to sleep and I don't generally quit out of XBMC.

From what I can tell there's no way to sleep the atv2 from within XBMC and mine doesn't seem to be sleeping on it's own inside XBMC (although I admittedly haven't tested it thoroughly).
Best I think we have at the moment is sleeping in the atv2 main menu and launching XBMC when it wakes up. At least now XBMC doesn't crash on 1st launch when resuming from sleep mode.
