[LIVE] Why won't this RSS feed work in XBMC Live?

I know that XBMC can read RSS feeds, but I can't figure out why it won't read this particular one. I need to get my local news, but am not sure how.

I hooked that feed into feedburner, and it's working. still not sure why the original feed is broken.
