XBMC Live via USB on Macbook

How do I get the Macbook to boot from USB?

I'm currently dual-booting OS X and Windows 7 using rEFIt and no matter how I setup the usb pen, it won't boot....?

Not entirely sure how that app can help?

As far as I can tell, it's a backup utility.... Huh

Read the site, it will make the USB bootable if it's big enough.

Um, USB Live is Linux. You're going to have to do some digging on how to boot Linux from USB on a MacBook.

IF you have a mysql problem, find one of the 4 dozen threads already open.
