The hdd in my Revo failed and the unit is out of warranty now. So to try and save some money I have tried to install the XBMC Live image onto a SD card (from a USB pen drive). The problem I am experiencing is that whilst partitioning the SD card it freezes at 33% and gets no further. Booting off the pen drive into XBMC Live works fine. I have tried 3 different SD cards all with the same problem. I have also tried it the other way around - installing from SD card onto pen drive but still it freezes on 33%.
Anyone had similar problems whilst partitioning? If I can avoid it I would prefer not to buy a new hdd for the unit.
